White kvass is a kind of traditional kvass, different light color and a mild taste. It is less sweet than the classic drink, slightly sour and somewhat reminiscent of birch sap. White kvass is very refreshing in the summer heat and no less useful than the kvass which we are all accustomed. Compared with traditional dark kvass, white is less caloric.
For production of kvass "Starokievsky White" we use extract of light wheat malt that provides a nice golden color and balanced taste. Kvass is made exclusively from natural ingredients through live fermentation, thus has a high content of vitamins of group B, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, minerals and amino acids.
