Zibert Bockbier is brewed in strict accordance with the Law "On the beer purity", which are guided by Bavarian brewers since the 16th century. Therefore Zibert Bockbier has only three classical components: pure water, select malt, aromatic hops. In the process of natural fermentation the beer is getting enough high alcohol content - 7.5%, which, combined with a mild flavor and a moderate hop bitterness, creates a harmonious recipe drink.
